- Prestart Compliance Workflow
- Pre-start templates — two new default templates seeded for all workspaces: Light Vehicle Pre-Start (8 items) and Static Plant Pre-Start (8 items). Includes the existing Heavy Equipment template.
- File attachments on prestarts — field workers can now photograph issues during a prestart. Photos link to both the completion record and the parent asset for complete audit trails.
- GPS auto-capture — every prestart submitted from the APP automatically captures the completion location. Coordinates, accuracy, and address sync to the server. Works offline — if GPS is unavailable, the prestart still completes without blocking.
- Interactive map display — CRM prestart detail view shows an embedded OpenStreetMap with a pin at the completion location. APP prestart history renders the same map inline.
- PDF compliance reports — download a professional PDF report for any prestart completion directly from the CRM. Includes header, completed-by/when/where, location map, notes, full Q&A checklist with pass/fail badges, and attached photos.
- Gallery
- Public catalogue mode — every workspace now has a public gallery page at app.flecbase.com/gallery/{workspace}. Set any record's Gallery Visibility to "Public" or "Both" to include it. Ideal for vehicle dealerships, equipment hire, and property portfolios.
- Internal gallery at /crm/gallery — visual index of your records with linked documents and direct navigation to the full record.
- Image role controls — long-press a file in the APP to mark it as the default image or add to gallery. Only role-tagged images appear in gallery views.
- CRM Improvements
- Prestart completion detail modal — wider layout (4xl width), colour-coded pass/fail/N A badges, header with completed-by/when/template/status, notes section, embedded location map, attached files section with "Prestart" badges on asset files tab.
- Admin Portal access fix — Super admins only. No more visible links for standard workspace users.
